Welcome to my interpretation of the Book of Revelation!

Angelo Amberson

Before beginning, you should take a look at my discussion on prophecy, as it contains some of the principles which have guided me in making this interpretation. There is some urgency in the message contained here, as my interpretation reveals that the world will end sometime before the next president of the United States is sworn into office at noon on January 20, 2001. I can not determine with any greater accuracy the exact date. Of course, you should bear in mind that this is a fallible human interpretation of the text, so I may be wrong. The best way to prepare for the events which may be at hand are the same that have been advocated by Christians for the past 2000 years. These methods have not prevented them from living relatively normal lives, so do not take any extraordinary measures. If you are not Christian, and the possibility of the world ending worries you, please see my discussion on the Christian message and who the Christians are.

I have arranged my interpretation by supplying the entire text of Revelation with links to my interpretive comments and essays. Use your browser's 'back' button to return to the text from the interpretations.

I would like to thank my host (www.hellos.com) for donating the web site and writing the html.

Finally, please consider joining me in a prayer for God's Peace and Justice (if you are uncertain about the power of prayer, please see my discussion on that topic).

Editor's Note: While Angelo Amberson's predictions seemed, at the time of posting, to point to a time at or near the turn of the millenium, the following considerations have led us at hellos.com to keep the site up and running:

In short, the reasons for keeping this site posted just keep pouring in. We can't say when the last day will be, but we'd be doing you a disservice if we suggested that it was not going to be any time soon.
